Parcel are sent, via the company DPD for Metropolitan France with a number of follow-up and put back against signature. We reserve the right to modify the without notice carrier.
The delivery deadline for Metropolitan France is of 24 hours. This deadline applies to 90 % of the territory (Cf. Card). This deadline is not guaranteed by DPD. No delivery on Saturday.

Parcel are sent, via the company Chronopost for Metropolitan France with a number of follow-up and put back against signature. We reserve the right to modify the without notice carrier.
The delivery deadline for Metropolitan France is of 24 hours(12 pm). This deadline(extension) is guaranteed by Chronopost. Delivery on Saturday.

The orders are generally sent every day for the orders crossed before 4 pm on Friday and 11:30 am on Saturdays. (Without commitment)

Parcel of less than 2 kilos are sent via The Post office for FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES, Europe and the third countries with a number of follow-up and put back against signature.
Parcel of more than 2 kilos are sent via DPD for FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES, Europe and the third countries with a number of follow-up and put back against signature.

The deadline for the shipments FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES/EUROPE/COUNTRY third is between 3 in 8 days without guarantee.
Whatever is the chosen mode of delivery, we send you a link to follow your online parcel.

The shipment charges include the expenses of preparation and packaging as well as the postal charges. The expenses of preparation are fixed, whereas the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend you to group all your articles in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipment charges apply to each of them.
